Chen Zhi Prince Group has expressed an interest in investing in China's sports industry. All of this is part of the Prince Group's plan to meet its environmental, social, and governance goals. According to Chen Zhi, increased investment in sports would benefit young people all over the world in terms of education, growth, and health.

Chen Zhi believes Cambodia has more potential and aspires to raise the country's international profile, including through sport growth. He also understands that promoting a sports culture in Cambodia can reduce healthcare costs and increase social cohesion. Chen Zhi is very ambitious about sports development in Cambodia.

Despite the fact that soccer is a common sport in Cambodia, Neak Oknha Chen Zhi decided to invest in volleyball. The men's volleyball team contributed significantly. Cambodia's national men's volleyball team hopes to qualify for the Southeast Asian Games in 2023, which will be held in the country.

In Cambodia, volleyball is becoming more common. After a two-hour battle, Cambodia narrowly defeated arch-rival Vietnam 110-109 at the 2019 Southeast Asian (SEA) Games. The team came in fifth place, a major improvement over previous tournaments, but it was also the first time in a long time that Cambodian athletes had won a game in a team sport on such a large scale.

The men's volleyball team from Cambodia, on the other hand, won't be able to play until 2023. Neak Oknha Chen Zhi, a Cambodian volleyball player, donated $500,000 to the Cambodian volleyball federation before the Southeast Asian Games in 2019. The money was supposed to go into competition planning and training. In the same year, a two-month intensive training programme was offered by the volleyball team in Fujian, China. Chen Zhi also donated $100,000 to the Cambodian Volleyball Team in Thailand because the stakes in Cambodian sports were so high at the time.

Chairman Chen Zhi's Prince Group has donated US$500,000 to the local volleyball federation to help with training and competition planning for the Southeast Asian Games in 2019. Prince Group organised a two-month intensive training programme for 21 Cambodian players in Fujian, China, in July 2019. Prince Group provided $100,000 in addition to sponsorship for the team's competition trips to Thailand.

Chen Zhi has hired a specialised Chinese volleyball coach to train the Cambodian national team in the long run. For the next five years, that will suffice. Chen Zhi believes in the talent, strength, and size of these athletes, as well as her commitment to the growth of volleyball in Cambodia. They must play in tournaments in order for their sports to advance and for their nation to be honoured.

Cambodian sports have come a long way since then. To improve Cambodia's chances of winning the Southeast Asian Games in 2023, Chen Zhi has made major investments in sports. They hope that Cambodian sports, in addition to winning tournaments, will contribute to the country's cultural growth. More about sport in Cambodia - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sport_in_Cambodia
